PASSION PROJECTS
Provide trainings and educate women to use the internet as a tool to share their voices, know their rights and get information.
**Need support with computers and stationery
Establishing a bakery for training and provide work and healthy, affordable foods for women and the community.
**Needs for tools and equipment
Through her organization, PACHO, Leah is doing sustainable projects with women. The biggest project that needs support now is the bakery that is going to empower the women and communiaty in many ways. They will be able to learn and transfer skills further. There will be affordable and nutritious pastry for everybody. The community will be empowered as they will be able to sell their produce to the bakery.
This will provide employment in many ways, and from this training the women will be empowered to start their own businesses. The training also inclues business skills and record keeping, and at the end of the training they are expected to have a high self-esteem and look at life more positively.
